Though we do work with a lot of physique competitors that’s certainly not the only clients we serve. We also offer guidance for those who simply want to understand the best practices for weight loss and weight maintenance. We typically recommend the use of flexible dieting to allow for good nutrition to fit your lifestyle and promote long term adherence. Many of the quick weight loss programs you see out today offer quick results with no exit strategy which can get you weight loss on their program but once you’re off the weight generally comes back.
